Please be advised that effective immediately – for OOCL imports that remain on terminal beyond free time, OOCL will collect Line Demurrage and Port Liberty New York will collect terminal storage. Port Liberty terminal storage can be paid via Port Truck Pass or Paycargo.com. For Line Demurrage – customers will need to go to OOCL’s website https://rtr.home.oocl.com/login to pay.
