Please be advised that effective immediately – for OOCL imports that remain on terminal beyond free time, OOCL will collect Line Demurrage and Port Liberty New York will collect terminal storage. Port Liberty terminal storage can be paid via Port Truck Pass or Paycargo.com. For Line Demurrage – customers will need to go to OOCL’s website https://rtr.home.oocl.com/login to pay. If you have any questions, please contact the Port Liberty Customer Service team.

Please be advised that effective Monday 12/22, Port Liberty New York will now be opening the gates at 6am. New Gate hours of operation will be 6 am- 4pm, double move and reefer cutoffs will remain the same.
Please be advised – Port Liberty gates will be CLOSED on Wednesday 12/24 and Thursday 12/25 in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Normal gate hours will resume Friday 12/26.
